Description
Made exclusively from red grape varieties, it displays a pale straw color with fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose and palate, it shows complex toasted and brioche-like aromas, with ripe white fruit and subtle sweet notes. On the palate, it is very fresh, with good volume and structure, well balanced by acidity.
