Quinta Dom Vicente Encruzado na Ânfora
Description
Inspired by ancient times, this wine was naturally fermented in very old clay amphorae, where it aged for three months. It shows fresh aromas of citrus and light fruit, combined with pronounced mineral notes typical of Encruzado. On the palate, minerality and acidity stand out. The wine underwent only natural stabilization and light filtration prior to bottling.
