Based on the characteristics of the grape varieties and the winemaking process, this sparkling wine is suitable for drinking now or for short-term cellaring, during which it may gain additional complexity on the nose and palate. A versatile wine to pair with a wide range of dishes, such as shellfish, all types of fish dishes, as well as lighter meat dishes and cheeses.
